Job Description
This Maintenance associate is responsible for more routine tasks of our maintenance operation, completing duties that support the maintenance team and experienced maintenance technicians, and performing more entry level responsibilities for servicing and maintaining equipment in the production lab. Equipment duties may include:
Preventative Maintenance on equipment, maintainingPM checklists
Handlingwork orders to resolve machine issues and minimizeproduction down time
ServicingCNC Edgers and Generators:
Cleaning, performing routine tasks, changing orfixing partsand recalibrating
MaintainingEdgers and Blockers:
Keepfilters and components clean, changecutters, checks for prism and axis
Following the company's "
Lock out / Tag out"
procedures
Servicing other equipment and systems in the lab and other tasks as assigned
