Perform basic maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, snow plowing, shoveling and routine maintenance work in a safe and timely manner
Observe safety policies and procedures
Demonstrate cooperation and teamwork in performance of these duties
Recognition of Safety Issues
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year of experience in basic maintenance techniques
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
