About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams for effective work plans.
Manage asset maintenance scheduling and reporting using CMMS software (Maximo preferred).
Analyze and update asset databases and maintenance requirements.
Develop IT interfaces with CMMS for streamlined operations.
Prepare maintenance forecasts and coordinate material needs with procurement.
Administer budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend necessary adjustments.
Oversee the entire work order lifecycle and track performance metrics.
Manage maintenance contracts and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
Generate and provide reports to management on inventory, KPIs, and project status.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
Specialized training in maintenance preferred.
Experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred) and contractor management.
Strong budgeting and report generation skills.
Previous experience in parts room management.
