Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager West Chester, PA
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Shift:
6am-3pm | Potential to be on call as well
Responsibilities:
Oversee department of 3.
Sets up, troubleshoot and diagnose, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. Monitors and maintains production equipment.
Follows preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
Completes necessary Corrective and Preventative Work Orders. Advises Plant Management of the tools, materials and parts needed to maintain production equipment.
Works closely with Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives.
Maintains a working report with equipment suppliers.
Maintains a clean and orderly maintenance shop.
Repairs equipment and machines using electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and welding experience.
Required Experience:
Must be able to supervise, delegate, and motivate maintenance personnel (dept of 3).
Thorough working knowledge of Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, basic electronic measuring equipment.
Manufacturing experience required, Metals preferred.
Strong computer skills (MS Office).
To work necessary overtime and on-call time responsibility.
MUST HAVE

Experience in Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, basic electronic measuring equipment.
Manufacturing experience required.
