Maintenance Manager

Job Description
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience. We are seeking anexperiencedMaintenance Manager to work at our plant. As part of your job you will haveto complete all maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, while promoting and practicing safety at all times, and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant equipment by finding ways to eliminate unscheduled downtime and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for:
Managingworkers in repair, maintenance, &
installation of machines, tools, equipment
Maintainingbuilding, grounds &
utility systems
Producingbudgetary repair estimates. Coordinates manpower scheduling and requirements
Workingon projects involving construction of new buildings and facilitates/alters/modifies existing ones
DevelopingPM program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
Trainingworkers to improve work performance &
acquaint new workers with INX policies and procedures
