National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of aMaintenance Clerkfor our location inPalm Bay, FL 32905.
Job Description:
Maintaining and managing inventory records and answering telephone calls.
Tracking equipment for maintenance.
Accounting tasks (pay bills to vendors, track temp hours worked, etc.)
Make accurate reports on purchases, costs, vendors, and charges.
Schedules Preventive Maintenance for vehicles and orders required parts for maintenance services.
Files documents as needed.
Enters maintenance-related data into the system daily as needed. Verifies the information entered by mechanics.
Order parts that were requested.
Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics, supervisors and managers.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
From 7:
00 AM - 4:
30 PM
Pay rate:

$18.00 HR. ( WEEKLY PAY )
Requirements:
Own transportation
UPDATED RESUME
Able to work in any environment conditions
Must pass verification of employment
CLEAN BG &
pass a Drug Test
Able to start ASAP
Comfortable with heavy lifting
Knowledge of accounting Microsoft
Multitasking, detail-oriented &
organized person
We will prefer someone with experience as a clerk in any auto parts store
