As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems
Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs
Repair or replace faulty hardware or equipment
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special occasions
Requirements
Prior experience in general maintenance preferred
Good knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliability and punctuality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
