Machine Repairperson

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Repairperson to join our maintenance team within the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes by ensuring all mechanical equipment and systems are running at optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and adjust machine tools and CNC machinery used in the production of automotive components.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in pneumatic and hydraulic systems to prevent downtime and maintain continuous production.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and organize repairs and adjustments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all machinery meets safety standards and company regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance machine reliability and performance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Repairperson or similar role in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
technical certificationor training in mechanical repair is preferred.
