Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Job Description
- Support the startup and Implementation of the Brazing. Grinding and Laser operation of a new production line in the existing Lincolnton, NC facility.
- During startup, learn first hand the process and to support to develop the local work instructions and standards. This Position will require extended Overseas Travel for training.
- Actively communicate with the related departments (Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.).
- Train and monitor new production associates working on the specified shift and provide timely and effective feedback when required.
- Will be responsible to load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain multiple machines, conduct 5S and aid in trouble-shooting. Responsible to reach the daily targets and escalate in case of deviations.
