M365 Collaboration Engineer

Job Description
The Staff Collaboration Engineer (Workplace MS Office365) is a senior technical leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Microsoft 365 platform and services for NBCUniversal. The Microsoft 365 Engineer will work closely with the business stakeholders, Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Design, implementation, and full-stack lifecycle support covering all aspects of Collaboration Products &
Services (M365, Slack, Zoom, Unified Communication, ect.).
Leading initiatives to enhance and improve scope, design, and implementation of Collaboration &
Unified communication solutions.
Leading end-to-end implementations plus engaging as solution architect simultaneously with other projects that are in progress and ensuring alignment to the organization’s strategic roadmap.
Participating in incident cause-analysis &
assistance in remediation &
design efforts to improve reliability/prevent future failure scenarios.
Optimization and advanced troubleshooting of Unified Communications and Collaboration Solutions.
