Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our Learning &
Performance Optimization team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet quality standards by conducting detailed reviews, monitoring procedures, identifying areas of improvement, and partnering with responsible operations leaders to implement changes where necessary. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Conduct risk-based quality control reviews to ensure adherence with established processes and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in both verbal and written form.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements to process documentation, procedures, tools, and agent training.
Develop and maintain QC documentation and reports.
Participate in, and/or provide support to, internal and external audits impacting Cash Customer Operations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, leading practices, and regulations related to procedures impacting Cash Customer Operations
