Job Description:

Our Company is seeking to immediately hire a highly qualified experienced Business Development Representative to market our asset and asset light (brokerage) services to new and dormant customers. While this position is preferred to be based in Chattanooga Tennessee, we are open to the possibility of it being remote. This highly compensated salary plus commission (uncapped) role can be highly rewarding to a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with internal and external customers creating unique logistics solutions and long term relationships. The role will be responsible for identifying and successfully managing a robust sales pipeline for prospective clients.

  • Achievement of sales and margin goals
  • Proactively identify and maintain a solid pipeline
  • Update internal CRM tool with activity on a daily basis
  • Ability to work internally and externally with all customers to develop long-term healthy relationship

Job Requirements:

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of related inside or outside sales experience in Transportation
  • College Degree a plus but not required
  • Ability to travel, up to 50%
  • Experience dealing at all levels within client organizations
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Exceptional negotiations, conflict resolution and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and requires minimum supervision
