Freymiller, a family-owned &
operated trucking company for the last 50 + years, is currently searching for motivated and energetic individual to join our growing Freight Brokerage Team in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Sales Logistics Manager will be working to secure new business daily by making sales calls and face-to-face sales. Our focus is to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers by securing competitive rates while providing the highest quality customer service. They will have the support of an operations team to ensure all aspects of the business are being handled in a timely manner. We offer a competitive salary plus an uncapped commission. Responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Bring on new business
  
• Making sales call through face to face or phone calls.
  
• Negotiating competitive rates while ensuring a profitable return.
  
• Using innovative prospecting techniques to identify and qualify potential customers.
  
• Establishing a strong relationship with customers to increase business.
  
• Meet and exceed growth targets.
  
• Staying current with industry trends and business markets to target potential clients.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 5 years experience in Freight Brokerage / Logistics industry.
  
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for success.
  
• Ability to generate new business by making face to face sales calls and outbound calls
  
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Microsoft Office skillset.
  
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
