Local Certified Nursing Assistant

NCG Associates is a reputable healthcare staffing company currently seeking compassionate and qualified Local Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a Local CNA at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to patients in the local community.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Transfer patients safely to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Help patients with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
Observe and report any changes in patients' condition or behavior
Ensure patients' rooms are clean and well-maintained
Document patient information accurately and maintain records
Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients
Requirements
Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a CNA preferred
Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
