Loading Dock/Over Crew/Day Shift

Job Description
Pay rates between $19.00-23.50with Attendance Premium of $0.25 and Shift Premiums of $0.50 and $1.00 for hours worked during swing and night shifts. Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service.

Stack empty baskets and dividers;
keep work areas clean and orderly.
Move wheeled racks 7 baskets high weighing between 200 – 400 pounds.
Lift, push, and/or pull up to 80 pounds repeatedly.
Work in cold conditions using provided freezer gear.
Maintain and improve quality and food safety to insure compliance with company quality. Standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision and Lead personnel.
