Requirements
The specific requirements for the position of Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)/Temporary Certified Nursing Assistant (T-CNA) are as follows:
Valid and current New Hampshire LNA license or Temporary CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an LNA/T-CNA preferred
Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Compassionate and empathetic attitude
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
