Litigation Paralegal

Peter Goldstein Law Corp is seeking to hire full-time paralegal to join our team as soon as possible. The firm is a justice oriented litigation firm with a focus on civil rights, including police misconduct and personal injury. We are a small collaborative firm. We aspire to work creatively and without unnecessary hierarchy or formality. We are looking for a bright, passionate, paralegal with litigation experience, and commitment to civil rights and a solid track record to join our firm.
Litigation experience, including drafting substantive motions and engaging the discovery practice. Research and writing skills, the ability to efficiently manage time with a busy caseload. Solid interpersonal communication skills and the desire to work directly with clients.
Requirements
5 years experience as a paralegal in a litigation law firm in California or Nevada. Skills with time management including accessing files, drafting and editing documents and organizingexhibit and witness binders for trial. Knowledge of federaland state court procedure andelectronic filing.
