Direct Counsel, is actively seeking a highly-qualified and motivated attorney to join a top AmLaw 100 national law firm in their Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group. This is an off-track position that provides an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience while working closely with a dynamic team of attorneys and prestigious clients.
Requirements
High level of academic achievement
5+ years of experience in complex litigation
Additional experience in asbestos/toxic tort related litigation is essential
Superb writing and communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
California Bar Admission
Responsibilities:
Engage in all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation
Draft and review discovery and motions
Take and defend fact and expert depositions
Collaborate effectively with the Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group
