Litigation Attorney - First Party Property Property

TheFort Lauderdale office of Kubicki Draper seeks an associate attorney with 1+ years of insurance defense experience in Florida, preferably in first-party property.
Your Day-to-Day:
Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and settlement negotiations.
Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint &
Excel
Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
Previous experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense/first-party property
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing,required
Stellar academic credentials
