Eagle Trace Golf Club, Coral Springs is Hiring!
Line Cook
Some weekends and holidays required.
$15per hour to start, depending on experience.
A creative, self-motivated, reliable person who has the desire to produce high-quality food in a great atmosphere. Someone who interacts well with members &
kitchen staff and at least 1yearcountry club or restaurant line experience.
Some Responsibilities include:

* Work quickly andindependently on the line.
* Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
* Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
* Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
* Prepare cold foods.
* Operate ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers.
* Set-up and break down work station.
* Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
Must Pass a Background Check
Physical Factors:
Must be able to stand and walk for up to five (5) hours without sitting
Clubs operate seven days per week. May be required to work weekends, holidays and overtime.
Be able to bend, stoop, climb, and stand for up to five (5) hours without sitting.
Be able to handle, lift, and carry up to50 lbsof weight occasionallyfrom storage areas to service areas with or without a hand dolly.
