Lifeguard/Badgechecker

Pocono Ranchlands is seeking a skilled and responsible Lifeguard/Badge Checker to join our team. This position is located at a private community in Bushkill, PA. As a Lifeguard/Badge Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons, enforcing pool rules, and checking badges to ensure only authorized individuals have access to the pool area.
This is a seasonal position. The schedule for this position may include weekends and holidays.
Requirements
Must possess a current and valid Lifeguard certification.
Previous lifeguarding experience preferred.
Excellent observation and rescue skills.
Strong knowledge of pool safety and ability to enforce pool rules.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
Reliable and punctual.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
First Aid and CPR certifications are required.
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to swim and perform rescues in deep water.
