Entering our 19th year as a practice, our family-owned private practice is comprised of therapists and support staff who value excellence in service, feeling appreciated, and look to further developing as people and professionals.
Founded in 2005, CFSC has openings for 1-2 licensed therapists and counselors (LMSW, LP, LLP, LPCs) who have a passion and talent for working with children, teens and families. Adult work is also available as part of a caseload. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in evidence-based approaches. In addition, we are seeking a solid educational foundation and an eagerness for ongoing learning.
Our full-time support staff takes care of all of the marketing, community outreach, bookkeeping, office space, administrative support, billing and payments so that you don’t have to. We use cutting-edge technology to create a smooth and simple process for our therapists and counselors.
Strong base salary from day one with bonus compensation for full-time and PTO that reduces payroll fluctuations.

Requirements
Here is what CFSC is seeking:
A great personality who can engage easily and offer care to our awesome clients.
History of successfully providing psychotherapy to children and teens.
Strong training and clinical experience in evidenced-based practices including CBT, behavioral, play, and family systems approaches.
Availability in afternoon/evenings and possible Saturdays or Sundays to accommodate our clientele during the school year.
Ability to provide effective in-person and teletherapy work. We provide the technology and platform. We are currently working in a hybrid model of delivery.
Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited graduate program.
State of Michigan licensure;
LMSW, LP, LLP, LPC, LMFT
