Medical Clinic (Out-patient).
Qualification:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum experience is Preferred.
- Valid state license in OH to practice as a Social Worker(LPC/LSW/LPCC or LISW).
- Current Driving License is required.
