Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm
Friday, 8:
30am-4:
30pm
Saturday and Sunday, 4pm-12am
Saturday, 12am-8am
Role Requirements:
Valid LPN License:
Must be currently licensed to practice as an LPN.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
Health &
Safety Compliances:
Physical examination (within the last 6 months)
Quantiferon test (within the last year)
Comprehensive Criminal Clearance (within the last year)
Up-to-date Immunizations and Vaccinations
Valid Driver's License
