Required Skills:
Provide direction, assessment, supervision, and evaluation of resident care
Implement facility policies, procedures, and coordinate nursing activities with other services provided by members of the health care team
Provide supervisory direction and development of all CNA's
Qualifications:
LPN License
BLS required
ACLS preferred
2 - 3 years of experience in a health care setting preferred
Responsibilities:
Direct and assess resident care, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered
Implement facility policies and procedures, coordinating nursing activities with other health care team members
Provide supervisory direction and development for all Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)
