Sixt USA is looking for a Liability Claims Reporting Specialist. As a Liability Claims Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for intake and reporting of claims, serving as the initial point of contact for calls to the Liability Department;
obtaining necessary information accurately and efficiently, and responding to inquiries. Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft office and enjoy learning new software, possess problem-solving skills, and demonstrate critical thinking. Must have the ability and willingness to adapt to change, be a team player, meet and exceed deadlines all while working in a demanding fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do to be Sixt-cessful:
- Contacts, interviews and obtains statements from customers and claimants to secure necessary FNOL (first notice of loss) reporting information.
- Establishes and maintains strong customer and vendor partner relations
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with management and vendors throughout the claims process
- Process incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls
- Adhere to all company claims handling standards and maintain a minimum standard of performance for all key performance indicators
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
