Responsibilities:
Assist with various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing materials.
Maintain and update attorney personnel records and databases.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for attorneys and staff.
Assist with preparing and distributing various legal talent communications.
Coordinate attorney performance evaluation processes.
Assist with attorney development programs and initiatives.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
Assisting with the planning and execution of legal talent events and programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ year of administrative or support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting..
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
High level of professionalism and ability to work well in a team.
