Risk Assessment:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of risks associated with commercial construction projects, including identifying potential hazards, financial risks, legal liabilities, and other relevant factors.
Risk Mitigation Strategies:
Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks, such as insurance coverage, contract provisions, safety protocols, and project management techniques.
Regulatory Compliance:
