As a Lead Tile Installer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing high-quality tile installations for our high-end residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of tile installers to ensure efficient project execution
Coordinate with Senior Project Manager and clients to determine project specifications and requirements
Prepare and plan tile installation projects, including layout and design
Install a wide variety of tile and stone materials, following industry standards and best practices
Ensure quality control and perform inspections to ensure work meets company standards
Manage inventory and order materials as needed

Requirements
Lead Tile Installer Qualifications:
Proven professional experience as a Lead Tile Installer
Extensive knowledge of tile installation techniques, including layout, cutting, and grouting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
Strong leadership and English communication skills - Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Legally authorized to work in the United States
