Responsibilities:
We are looking for people that love working with their hands, are looking to learn a skilled trade, build skills and a long-term career with the Critical Control family.
What your job looks like:
Take charge of emergency water damage jobs from initial response to completion.
Respond to emergency water damage jobs quickly and professionally.
Take the lead in client communication, offering reassurance, updates, and expert advice throughout the recovery process.
Use moisture meters and other tools to map out the water and talk with the project manager on a game plan.
Set up equipment to help dry the building.
Set up containment and demolition if anything needs to be cut and pulled up.
Capture documentation through photos and videos, maintaining a detailed record of the recovery process.
Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and prepared company vehicle at all times..
Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to address after-hours emergencies.
Requirements
At least two years experience in water damage, mold remediation or abatement required.
Proficient in English language.
Valid driver's license and able to operate a company vehicle.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs overhead.
Demonstrated trainability and commitment to ongoing professional development.
