Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Lead and supervise classroom staff, including assistant teachers and aides
Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress
Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
Participate in professional development and training sessions
Qualifications:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field
Certified in CPR and First Aid
Strong understanding of child development and early education principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
