JOB DUTIES:

Position will be responsible specific to
1. Designing database tables and structures.
2. Creating views, functions, triggers, stored procedures and packages.
3. Research complex Oracle programs and address data issues.
4. Provide batch application support.
5. Build new ETL workflow in Teradata and unix.
6. Work with the onshore and offshore team in application design and build using the technologies defined in the must have skills.
7. Communicate status of the activities effectively with management or clients
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle, PL SQ
- Proficient in understanding and create complex SQL queries (ORACLE/Teradata)
- Knowledge of version control practices and procedures (GITLAB)
- Highly proficient in Oracle PL SQL developer activities and multi task to work in other technologies (Teradata/MS SQL Server)
- Experience in Unix shell scripting
- Worked in Agile mode with teams from different locations
Additional Skills good to have but not mandatory:
Experience in additional databases like MS SQL server, Teradata Experience with Teradata utilities (BTEQ, MLOAD, FLOAD, FAST EXPORT)
Exposer to any reporting tool set like Qlik or Tableau
