Lead Service Line Replacement Project Engineer - Water
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, also known as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), allocates a significant amount of money towards lead service line (LSL) replacement for communities. AECOM is seeking a Lead Service Line Replacement Project Engineer that will support nationwide programs to inventory and replace lead service lines across various municipals across the country. This role involves project execution to advance lead service line inventory and replacement projects. The successful candidate will bring experience in water infrastructure and lead service line replacement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project ExecutionPerform lead service line inventories, coordinate potholing work, develop lead service line replacement plans, prepare bid documents for the replacement of lead service lines, and funding opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Support relationships with key stakeholders, including federal agencies, municipalities, utilities, contractors, and community groups..
