Lead Researcher - Deposits

Veolia Water Technologies &
Solutions has an opening for a Lead Researcher based in the Tomball, TX Technology Center. This role will provide advanced technical support for the Deposit Analysis Laboratory.
General Responsibilities
Serve as the technical expert for assigned analytical areas
Author and review analysis reports for internal/external stakeholders
Identify key enhancements and replacements of existing analytical instrumentation
Perform trouble-shooting and problem solving for analytical testing failures and non-conformances
Initiate, investigate, and resolve corrective actions required
Provide high level technical consultation for Technology and Commercial teams as needed
Provide training and oversight for the operation of laboratory instrumentation
Author and review Standard Operating Procedures
Perform method development and validation
Perform analyses as needed per Standard Operating Procedures guidelines
Meet established due dates for all work assigned
Ensure quality of all results through adherence to the Quality Management System requirements
Follow all EHS policies and procedures
