For this role, we are seeking a qualified Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to join Epsilon’s Digital Media Department. In this role, you’ll be a critical part of a fast-moving, innovative team where you’ll work independently in some situations as well as working with a greater team in tasks that require full collaboration. The environment is fast-paced and the person should have the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
What you’ll do:
Responsible for validating product features and functionality against requirements, while implementing and adhering to SDLC
Responsible for developing, executing and maintaining comprehensive suites of manual and automated test plans and test cases
Work closely with the QA Engineers to assist with automated scripts and set up test automation framework
Responsible for troubleshooting production issues for the application.
Responsible for planning and executing both manual and automated testing.

What you’ll bring:
BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Automation experience using open source/commercial tools for Web test automation (Selenium) and Windows test automation (UFT)
Experience in writing test scripts in Java/Python
Experience in building and using automation frameworks using technologies:
Java, Selenium, Python.
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) integrating testing frameworks
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
Experience working in Agile testing framework – Scrum, Kanban etc.
Highly effective communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical and curious mind with interest in interpreting data
Enthusiastic about helping to deliver high-quality applications, and love to break things and track down bugs.
Knowledge and understanding of DevOps and ETL testing is plus
Prior working experience with relational databases, big data, modeling, machine learning a plus
Experience working with AWS a plus
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $130,000
