Job Description
Purpose of Position:
Overseeing set up procedures, organizing and ensuring that the department is staffed and making the necessary adjustments as needed. Instructing, directing, and assisting hourly TEAM members as needed. Assisting and completing paperwork required or requested by the supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist supervisor with production quality:
correct boxes, bags, corndog counts and any other aspect of quality.
Assist supervisor with ensuring production cards have the correct product code number, the correct pallet count and that the production pallets are wrapped tightly.
Assist supervisor with coordination of timely breaks, setup and starting on time, training of hourly personnel, changeovers and TEAM members hygiene.
Assist supervisor with proper code dates on products.
Assist supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for TEAM members and reporting unsafe acts.
Assist supervisor to ensure proper functioning of the metal detector and assist with minor mechanical repairs and/or locating maintenance.
Don proper Personal Proctective Equipment.
