Lead a group of part time flight attendants and flight attendant contractors and provide cabin service to aircraft passengers in high end corporate travel.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Ensures compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations and disseminate that information to flight attendant staff.
Works in accordance with established National Business Aircraft Association procedures and performance standards.
Ensures safety and comfort of customers, executives and staff.
Greets passengers in a positive manner, and verifies passenger list.
Explains all safety equipment and verifies that passengers are following safety signs and procedures.
Manages the inventory, purchases or clears purchases with other flight attendants and stocks aircraft supplies, including but not limited to, lavatory, safety equipment, linens, dishes, serving ware, games, reading materials, and individual passenger items to ensure that aircraft has all safety and service equipment/goods to anticipate the needs of passengers.
Purchases, cooks, assembles, arranges and serves various styles of food without dependence on third party caterers. Hot and cold meal preparation required. Designs and presents menus for traveling executives and guests, serving food and beverages with attention to high quality presentations.
Disseminate passenger profiles, allergy and specific food requests to all flight attendant staff
Performs safety equipment checks and advises maintenance when expiration of such equipment is due.
Cleans and tidies cabin area and lavatory to provide pleasant atmosphere and sets standards for such to all flight attendant staff.
Works independently, but also work well with others in the flight crew and ground staff.
Assists flight crew as needed, especially in the event of an emergency or abnormal situation.
Assists customers with stowage of carry-on items. Assist passenger to logon to the inflight internet or access cabin entertainment systems.
Travels to company sponsored training seminars that involve cooking, medical first aid, and survival training on a yearly basis.

Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
Associate's Degree or higher preferred
Current Flight Safety International (FACTs) Training International Flight Attendant Emergency Procedures and Service Training within the previous 12-months
Related Work Experience
2-4 years of flight experience in high end corporate flight operations servicing business jet cabins of 10 seats or more
Certifications and/or Licenses
Fulfill a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) required ten-year work history review, a criminal background check and submit to fingerprinting
Willing to work holidays, weekends, nights and extended hours
Willing to work reserve status for a long duration or fill in for contract flight attendants that become unavailable on short notice
