Law Firm Intake Specialist

Busy Baltimore personal injury law firm seeks intake specialist to interview and screen prospective clients. We represent clients across the US in national litigations. This is a full time position. This is an on-site job. The ideal candidate will have a four year college degree. Prior experience in marketing or customer service is preferred. You would be joining a team of intake staff.
Job responsibilities include:
Direct communication with prospective clients by phone, text, and email
Perform preliminary interview to qualify potential clients
Work directly with attorneys
Educate clients on the firm's case criterion and details of the litigation
Input data into software that tracks all communications with each prospective client
We will train you on software, interviewing skills, and best practices. There is a congenial team environment.
