Job Summary:
Eurofins Medical Device Microbiology is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support the daily operations of the lab. This individual will perform miscellaneous tasks throughout the lab, including cleaning, ordering, discarding of solutions, organizing supplies, and retrieving and returning samples from sample storage, among other tasks. Are you interested in working in a lab but have no previous experience? We do not require a background in lab science for this position!
Assist with inventory process within the group
Perform a variety of organizational tasks to aide in the everyday functionality of the laboratory.
Perform basic laboratory techniques
Perform media preparation
Maintain/calibrate equipment
Prepare/wash glassware
Receipt of consumables and lab stocking
Clean incubator chambers and other duties as assigned.
Perform laboratory cleaning responsibilities of equipment and controlled rooms.
Work efficiently, document work clearly, and perform responsibilities accurately.
Special projectsas necessary/as directed.
