Manage the day to day overall operation of the Lab, i.E. ensure accuracy and quick delivery of patient test results, address problems, maintain a team who performs effectively and efficiently, ensures the Lab CQI program is above standard, maintains a profitable position, ensures regulatory surveys are within acceptable limits and maintains the standards set forth by the agency and AHCA.
