Job Description
Support internal communications for Client Care, collaborating with senior management to formulate and execute an internal communication strategy.
Manage the Client Care SharePoint site, 'The HIVE', by sourcing content, crafting compelling stories, and integrating corporate messaging.
Assist in the organization and support of key meetings, such as employee and management town halls. This includes developing presentations, notifying participants, coordinating logistics, and scheduling guest speakers.
Develop diverse editorial content, including written, audio, and visual materials, for distribution on internal communication platforms.
Independently manage special projects across the Client Care organization.
Develop, implement, and manage additional internal communication programs as required.
Collaborate on and support Employee Engagement activities, including material preparation, coordination, and distribution of gifts or meals for events like Customer Service Week, Black History Month, and Vacation Party.
Validate Quarterly Recognition Program and develop other incentive programs as needed.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
