Job Description
The Key Account Manager (KAM) – North American OEMs will report to the Global Sales Manager Active Safety and will be responsible for strategy development, execution and performance of all sales activities for the designated NA OEMs in the assigned global market.
Objectives are:
Reach full potential growth and maximize our global market share in assigned NA OEMs
Harvest our proliferation opportunities in underpenetrated regions
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support strategic planning including comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to understand the global market, product development and penetration opportunities.
Leverages global market knowledge and introduces new products globally.
Apply innovation strategies – drive innovation in home region and regions with proliferation.
Nurture customer relationship that provides insight and a landscape where ITW has a competitive advantage.
Oversee localization and controls global pricing.
Consolidate commercial reports and support Global Sales Manager Active Safety
Strengthen relationships and maximizes synergies with ITW Global Automotive units.
