The Role:
We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee and nurture our crucial Stellantis account. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, driving growth, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the relationship with our Stellantis account, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively address client challenges.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Experience Required:
Proven experience managing the Stellantis account within the automotive industry.
Strong background in automation solutions.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to understand and address client needs with tailored solutions.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Strong understanding of the automotive supply chain and related solutions.
