All occasions call for great food! As a Junior Sous Chef, you will help lead and support a team of culinary professionals in creating spectacular dishes that will create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What you will be doing:
Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
Actively participate with menu planning, inventory &
management of supplies.
Lead, mentor and train the culinary &
stewarding team, creating an engaged work environment.
Responsible for daily operation of entire culinary department, ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
