Junior Sales Representative - Facility Services

We are a growing company searching for an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative that will focus in the Illinois market but with ability to eventually sell nationwide.

· Janitorial / Maintenance Services
· Staffing
· Security Guard Services
· Logistics
Responsibilities
· Search for potential clients and sale our services.
· Create new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Establish and build profitable service relationships between new customers and our company.
· Sell and renew service agreements, including multiyear agreements, to both new and existing customers.
· Effectively write, and present proposals.
· Solicit support from and communicate effectively with internal staff.
· Keep management informed of progress and account status.
Requirements
· Minimum of 1 year of services sales experience.
· Superior communication and customer service skills.
· Self-motivated.
· Ability to work within team environment.
· Analyze opportunities for clients and develop tailored service programs.
· Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
· Work closely with our operations managers in ensuring the best level of service.
· Establish weekly reporting plans
