Job responsibilities
● Help run core operations/business cadence:
Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization.
● Manage team talent management initiatives and identify and report on success metrics for each project.
● Collaborate with functional stakeholders to aggregate regional-level quarterly performance updates
● Creative NAMER GTM narratives working with Insights team, product planning and marketing stakeholders
● Strategic Planning and Communications:
Manage strategic / business planning process in coordination with regional and functional teams
● Support various team members on ad hoc projects related to hiring, opex, special events, etc.
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job
● BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
● 3+ years of professional experience with program management OR strategy consulting
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
● Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
● Versatile across multiple functions including Sales, PI, Marketing, HR, etc.
● Excellent project management and planning skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
● Self-starter with a team-oriented work style and interpersonal skills
● Professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent analyst position
