Journeyman Electrician

Tongass Electric is a small growing electrical contracting company originally founded in 2016. Since then, the company has experienced a substantial amount of growth and success. Tongass Electric serves Southeast Alaska from the Company's two fixed locations (Prince of Wales Island and Juneau). The Company has earned an excellent reputation in the industry, both as an employer and a service provider. We are seeking a well-rounded licensed journeyman electrician to join our growing Juneau-based team on a permanent, full-time basis. The work schedule averages 40-48 hours per week. Our team is comprised of good people, and we are looking for another electrician who will be able to contribute to the positive atmosphere through good work ethic and a positive demeanor.
Requirements
Excellent sense of humor and a positive attitude.
Electrician's license, valid in the State of Alaska or valid in a State with reciprocity.
Unencumbered driver's license.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to take direction and learn new skills.
