Teachers On Demand, INC. is looking for passionate educators to support the children and staff at our partner K-8 Charter School in Hoboken, NJ. Our partner charter school's mission is to develop their students into bilingual, bi-literate, and culturally aware global citizens who are highly engaged contributors to their communities. POSITION
K-8 Substitute Teacher (2024-2025)
Schedule:
7:
30 am - 3:
30 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding school holidays)
COMPENSATION
Up to $200.00 per day, contract role
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Must have)
Valid teaching certification/ substitute license (Must have)
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a classroom setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.
Thorough understanding and expertise in the subject area being taught.
Strong classroom management skills.
Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
Experience in lesson planning and preparation.
