Job Description
Assist management in addressing the administrative needs and provide supervision of the day-to-day operations of the project
Assist with building and maintaining relationships with community partners
Assist with development of social media content and print materials
Manage the full cycle of virtual hiring events for both the hiring employer(s) and company
Manage workshop and hiring event sign-up and sign-in process
Track and report workshop and hiring event attendance
Create monthly job center event calendar
Manage operation needs of internal partner meetings
Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed
Recommend workshop content, including improvement(s) in content needed
Participate in workshop content development as needed
Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops
Provide administrative support
Enter activities into the assigned system(s)
Other duties as assigned
