Job Description
The IT System Administrator I approaches his/her tasks in a team-based fashion that supports all Salud staff, volunteers, contractors, and other individuals.
The IT System Administrator I provides direct support to Salud's staff according to processes and procedures. This position is part of the Salud IT Infrastructure Team and helps to administer IT hardware and software.
We offer:
Starting Hourly Wage Range - $38.62to $44.42per hour
Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm(with after-hours/overtime work as needed)

Specific Duties
Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, security, and day-to-day operations of Salud’s Information Technology systems and infrastructure
Identifiesand resolves hardware and software problems for Salud employees.
Opens support tickets with vendors as required
Completes project work as assigned
Ability to maintain a positive and supportive attitude when understanding and dealing with IT-related staff concerns
Works in conjunction with caregivers and all other Salud staff to ensure that patients obtain the highest standard of integrated healthcare
Acts as a patient advocate for our vulnerable populations by ensuring that patients are fully informed and comfortable with their visit to Salud
Responsible for the timely update, resolution, and closure of all open HelpDesk tickets assigned to this person
Maintains a high standard of user service and satisfaction
Displays excellent technical troubleshooting, judgment, and prioritizing while considering the needs of Salud as an organization
Effectively and professionally communicates, verbally and in writing, with other Salud personnel as necessary to perform job functions
Assists in the development and documentation of department standards as directed
Is the escalation point for Tier I and Tier II IT staff
Provides other support to the department as requested
Participates in on-call rotation and after-hours work as assigned
Helps to maintain a HelpDesk tech support knowledge base
Documents procedures used to implement supported hardware and software sufficient to allow other support team members to be able to support these systems
May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
Simulates, recreates, or remotely accesses users' systems to identify user problems to resolve operating difficulties
Possess the ability to complete multiple simultaneous tasks/projects promptly.
Follows procedures for the electronic health records system
Other Duties as assigned
